I don’t remember the crew’s names, but each one was professional and respectful.

They came in and went straight to work on checking our home.

When they were finished the gentleman in charge explained what they did and their results. The sealing they did in the attic was complementary and the even tuned up our HVAC system.

He was not pushy and trying to sell us anything, he was honest and showed us the results and said our home is efficient for its age.

We were very pleased with the service.

We had the FREE Air Flow Inspection Service through Entergy. James and Dwayne were WONDERFUL! They covered all vents and checked air flow throughout the house and attic. They re-taped holes in the duct work in the attic where air was escaping. We are very pleased with their professional and personal service.

Their customer service is wonderful. They explained everything so I was prepared when the techs arrived. The techs were thorough, worked quickly, took pictures before/after, showed and explained what was needed and what was done. I definitely recommend them.

Theses young men Rick Briste and De' Anthony Jr. A person cares about a what a person know but they really care more about how much the person cares these young men's walked into my home before they did they wiped their feet they put on their blue things that go over their shoes they ask for permission to go wherever they needed to go I've never seen such amazing young man's a personal care how much you know they want to know how much you care these two young men all I can say is you need 100 of them. They told me that my house was air seal so well that they did not have to do anything but put some weather stripping around the doors

I am very pleased with the services I received through EP&L. The technician staff that came to my home conducted themeselves in a professional manner. Additionally, D&T provided an overview of what to expect. In conclusion, they were able to identify what was completed and energy saving corrective steps that made me feel better knowing cost savings steps were in place. I am appreciative of all of the customer friendly support staff the company sent to my home. I can't say enough. Respectfully, Deborah
A satisfied customer...
